Aku tidak pernah mengerti langsung mereka melakukan demonstrasi di depan mataku...
Hanya ditelevisi.. dan hanya dengan itu rasanya otakku sudah merekam semua peristiwanya,, sampai tertanam.. dalam jiwaku... aku tidak suka seperti itu.. aku tidak pernah menyukai kekerasan...
Aku kecil...belum memikirkan apa yang menjadi alasan mereka... melakukan itu semua..
Yang paling membekas di kepalaku adalah... naiknya harga BBM terutama harga minyak tanah... yang membuat uang sakuku berkurang..
Ibuku mengeluh tiap kali mau membeli minyak tanah.. betapa uang seribu rupiah itu dahulu sangat berarti nilanya..
Huft sejak saat itu aku tidak lagi bisa jajan tiap membeli minyak tanah... uang sudah pas... seribu rupiah...
Awal puasa itu juga merupakan awal kebahagiaan bagi keluarga kecil ku...
Untuk pertama kalinya bapak dan Ibu angkatku mempunyai seoang putra...

Hmm... mereka bahagia sekali... hingga hari itu aku dibebaskan tidak berpuasa oleh keluarga kecilku... Hahai...

Aku tidak mengerti di Usiaku yang masih sangat belia...
Aku merasa ada getaran-getaran aneh di hatiku... Kepada seorang santri yang sedang PPL di desaku...
Sepertinya usia kami cukup jauh, tapi dia begitu baik kepadaku juga pada semua orang di Desaku...
Ia adalah seorang santri yang seharusnya bisa menjaga adab dan kelakuannya di Desaku..
Tapi sepertinya ketertarikan itu juga ia rasakan kepadaku...
